Win32Pad 1.5.9.1

Another bugfix release. This release fixes a regression introduced in 1.5.9 while also adding a small fix for another issue.

Changes since 1.5.9:
x Fixed File->Save As regression in 1.5.9.
x Now it doesn't reset File Filter for Open/Save As dialog.
