Win32Whois 0.9.2

I am happy to release win32whois 0.9.2 The biggest feature for this release is the basic Proxy support. Win32Whois now supports HTTP/Socks4/Socks5 type proxies. The support is rather basic at the moment and many things are planned.

Changes since 0.9.1:
+ Added basic HTTP/Socks4/Socks5 Proxy support [w/ debug]
x Fixed a typo in the name of the polish whois server.
