Win32Pad Download Page

I have updated the design of the download page. I might go and fix it up a bit as well as review some other pages of the site. I have also managed to screw up the downloads of Win32Pad for a day. Thanks to the person who reported that downloads were broken. Things should be working fine again. New release of Win32Pad is real soon.... :)
