Win32Pad 1.5.2

I have started working on 1.6.x which is gonna add some stuff that was requested a long time ago. Here is a minor bugfix release that's supposed to address some issues that have been found in 1.5.1.

Changes since 1.5.1:
+ Updated menu accelerators.
x Changed the line numbers code. It should be more reliable, but less efficient.
x Fixed extension adding bug.
