Win32Pad 1.4.2

Here is a small bugfix release. No new features, just fixing up some reported issues. This should be stable.

x Fixed About window bug on Win98.
x Fixed a Paste problem on Win98.
x Fixed "Insert Date/Time" to use current locale. Should fix the format for .LOG as well.

P.S. I also fixed a small bug introduced in the setup. It uses %L and also added a path for the "Edit with win32pad". This option is also now unselected by default. It appears that selecting this option could conflict with some rare applications (Office Toolbar, and others?).
