New/Updated website design.

I have finally rolled out the new/updated website design.

This is the new design I've been working on for some time. It should use more CSS and be much cleaner on the eyes and on the bandwidth.

Please let me know what you think. If you have any other suggestions on how to make this website better then please leave comments here or in the forum.
