why?

It shouldn't do that. I would check to see and make sure there isn't something strange running on your computer. Maybe even run an anti-virus and/or spyware check just to be sure.

are you the developer of the software? let me just say thanks for providing this software free, it's very generous of you.

shortly after win32pad tried to connect to 224.0.0.22, another app also tried to connect to the same address, so , it's something to do with my computer.
