Some ideas: current line highlighting, vertical (column) select mode, autoindent, some flag (e.g. *) to application title (shown in win app bar) when file is changed and not saved. Win32Pad is good piece of software, keep good work.

>> autoindent
Tools | Options | -> Editor -> Auto-indent
>> some flag (e.g. *) to application title (shown in win app bar) when file is changed and not saved
* is used in the "Title bar" for a "dirty file".

QUOTE Some ideas: current line highlighting As for many Windows apps, move the mouse to the left margin until you'll see a reversed pointer, then left click and it will highlight the line.

The bug i met is the same with post number 2.
win32pad: version 1.5.10.2
os: windows xp english + sp2
bug phenomenon: when copy any chinese or other asian characters, an error message will jump out: { title: text conversion message: the data area passed to a system call is too small. } but the copied content can be pasted out properly.
to copy the ascii characters in the same txt file is ok.
in addition, there is no error when copy the non-ascii from other applications to win32pad.
--thanks, kid.

Hi Genadi,
Could you make it possible to have one more command line argument when starting win32pad?
It would be nice if it were possible to open the specified file on a certain line using a command like:
win32pad /l=%linenumber% %filename%
or something like that.
Tnx Robert

I have found an issue with the Unindent feature (SHIFT+TAB)
It appears to trim the last character from the selection buffer with each unindent call.

I'm afraid you are right about the SHIFT-TAB issue. Sure Gena can fix this!
@Gena: also checked in version 1.5.10.1 with the same result.

This is a known issue. This should be fixed in the next release. Thank you, Gena01
