File Open

I use Win32Pad for html file generation and editing and am tired of having to change the file type from Text Files to HTML Files or All Files every time I open a file.  I would like Win32Pad to provide an option which would allow the user to select the default file type.  Alternatively, the program could "remember" the last file type used and make that file type the default for the next time the program is opened.
