My 2 cents...this is a functional notepad replacement, not a rich text editor. Don't add a ton of stuff that would slow it down and make it too bulky! Anyhoo...I noticed the "different colored toolbar in Windows XP" issue has returned.  It doesn't affect the function, just the appearance. Thank you for the awesome program...I use it every day! |

5. I would prefer a seperate menu (e.g. named 'Search...' for search/goto line/replace functions.

Looks good...
Slight problem with line-numbering and goto - they both consider word-wrapped lines to be new lines. Might be a bit tricky to work around, but in my opinion the correct behaviour would be to increment the line-number only for genuine line-breaks.

One feature I would love to see in future versions is a more advanced search/replace - I'm not sure what this would do the program size/performace. I've often had to switch to Word to use the search/replace function in there were you can have it find line breaks and such. Or even a regex search ?  '> Just some ideas for the future. |
