I have upgraded Ikonboard to the latest/greatest release. I am still cleaning it up and trying my best to have it nice and cute again.

P.S. I know of some problems with quoting. I am looking into it. I have also fixed some colors and rendering issues w/ Firefox.

Let me know if I missed anything?
