I just started using Win32Pad 1.5 and like it a lot.  Since I work primarily with html and php files, the default file type of .txt is rarely what I need.  I have to change the file type to "All Files" almost every time I load a file.

Is there a way to make "All Files" the default file type?

I've been using WinPad (v1.0.14) for years (excellent program, BTW) , it suddenly popped into my head yesterday - maybe there's a newer version?

The files I mainly work with have no extensions, so v1.5 is a bit fiddly with them. So until the all files filter can be made sticky and not append .txt to the filename, I'll go back to using the old version.
