whois servers for domain zones .msk.ru, .spb.ru

For domain zones .msk.ru, .spb.ru in win32whois using whois server whois.ripn.ru.
As example: look for domain name "echo.msk.ru"
Than I try to connect by sockets to 43 port to whois.ripn.ru
it answer:

No entries found for the selected source(s).

How your program get the right info about this domain name?
