Ok. It seems that I found a case where domain detection is a bit broken. (it puts in the wrong value instead of the domain name)

I am currently investigating it.

win32whois 0.6 have some problems with working with an IP as source. Try 200.21.219.162 f. e.
Also - could you add an option to DO NOT even try a request for domain name and work only with an IP? Antispam...
