Win32Get Status [Nov 8, 2001]

New Features:
- Added PROXY selection window.
- Wrote code for HTTP, SOCKS4 proxy support (no authentication yet). And it seems to work for the testcases that I tried.

Bugs Fixed:
- rewrote dechunker, apparently for some dynamic website which do chunking it would stop downloading and hang there.
- a couple of other small bugs found and fixed.

P.S. If you want to play with this version then say "Ay" or wait until I have more stuff done.
