Forum layout update

I have spent some time updating this layout to be more consistent with the design of my website.

P.S. Let me know what you think. Also let me know what needs fixing (if anything).

It also seems that Ikonboard website has a small update which should fix the UNIX rollover issue w/ ikonboard script. So I updated the forum w/ the appropriate fix.

P. S. If you are running ikonboard and haven't updated yet, then check ikonboard website download section for the rebuildpatch.zip file.
