I discovered Win32Pad a few days ago and it's a really good program. It's very simple, easy to use but not light in features. But I'm french and I translate it for more easy use. I am thinking some french people (or other people !) are interesting by. So are you interested by this small work? I just released 1.4.4 to address some reported issues, so if you going to translate things, you should do it for 1.4.4. In terms of Strings, they haven't changed.
